These solutions include initial public offerings; public and private equity and equity-linked financings; mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings; defense advisory assignments; strategic partnerships; public and private debt placements; share repurchases; and hedging, swaps, and derivative transactions.

IBD believes that diversity and inclusion are critical to our success as a global organization and is committed to creating and providing opportunities that enable our workforce to reflect diverse backgrounds and views. IBD is actively seeking highly motivated diverse professionals with strong analytical skills, commitment and motivation to work hard, a strong ability to perform well under pressure, and interest in learning the business and advising our clients to apply to the Morgan Stanley Experienced Professional Program (MSEPP). MSEPP is designed to recruit diverse professionals with or without a background in finance and to develop their banking skillsets through training and the apprenticeship model.
